Working on the Biogenic Solutions website required a fundamentally different approach to content. The project centred on building credibility in an environment where regulation, risk, and precision matter. Every page needed to reflect a strong understanding of medical waste compliance while remaining readable and actionable for healthcare professionals.
My work involved deep research into federal and state regulations governing medical, pharmaceutical, and sharps waste. These findings informed both the substance and framing of the copy, ensuring terminology and explanations aligned with regulatory expectations without overwhelming non-specialist readers.
A strong emphasis was placed on structure and usability. Content was organised to guide users through complex topics in a logical, progressive way, supporting informed decision-making for clinic managers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

Beyond compliance, the content was written for longevity and discoverability. SEO considerations were integrated thoughtfully, aligning regulatory language with real-world healthcare search intent. The result was an evergreen, authority-driven website that functions as both an educational resource and a commercial asset.
From a UX perspective, the writing prioritised clarity, scannability, and intent-based navigation. Pages were structured to anticipate user questions, reduce cognitive load, and support compliance-led buying journeys in high-stakes operational environments.
